What is Qigong?

Qigong is one of the oldest systems of exercise in the world.  It is a method of exercising in which your internal energy (chi, or 'Qi') works in balance with your external energy (or physical energy) to re-center, re-balance, re-align, strengthen, relax, and generally make yourself more fit and healthy and more whole.  Most Qigong exercises are relatively simple to learn, and the benefits are immediate and also progressive.  There are countless different Qigong exercises.  Some are quite specific and others are more general, but all share the same common principles; and all share the same common goal of helping you to achieve greater health and fitness, greater oneness, and as a result a more peaceful and happy life.
